This is my try at a hearth style bread... it looks ok, though not fantastic, but inside it was just sandwich bread like those above. |
It was cooked on a pizza stone with some steam, but prolly the dough was not wet enough. |

I gave up on the counter top oven. It is good for roasting chicken and grilling, but not for bread. The rest of our bread has been in the old oven. I have been making 4 sandwich loaves per week. |

On the cooling rack, no wheat or starches, all Almond flour. |
While the crust is smooth like cake, the crumb is very bread like and the bread is not dry at all. |
